Refund Policy

Embervane (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital courses, subscription‑based content, creative tools, and community learning experiences. Because our products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to proprietary educational material, our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and protective of both our customers and our intellectual property.

1. Refunds for Premium Courses

We offer a 14‑day conditional refund on premium one‑time‑purchase courses (such as MIDI Madness or future deep‑dive programs).

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • You must not have downloaded a substantial portion of the course materials

  • You must not have shared, redistributed, or publicly posted any course content

  • You must provide a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • suspected abuse

  • excessive consumption of course content

  • violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • chargeback fraud

2. Refunds for Subscriptions (Embervane Sanctum)

Subscription payments are non‑refundable.

When you subscribe to the Embervane Sanctum:

  • You receive immediate access to all included content

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are offered

This policy aligns with industry standards for digital subscription services.

3. Refunds for Premium Challenge Events

Premium challenge events (multi‑week structured challenges, guest‑judge events, etc.) follow this policy:

  • Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase unless the event has already begun

  • Once the event starts, no refunds are issued

  • If you purchased the event less than 14 days before it begins, the refund window ends at the event start date

This ensures fairness to all participants and protects the integrity of the event.

4. Refunds for Digital Tools, Templates, and Downloads

All digital tools, templates, Sparkflow Maps, and downloadable resources are non‑refundable due to their instant‑access nature.

5. Refunds for Coaching or 1-on-1 Sessions

Coaching sessions (when offered) are refundable only if:

  • the session has not yet been scheduled

  • you request a refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled time

Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • dispute chargebacks

  • revoke access to all Embervane products

  • ban accounts associated with fraudulent activity
